ABOUT coach terri batsakis


With over 14 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Terri Batsakis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. As a certified Personal Trainer, Master Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Menopause Coaching Specialist, among others, Terri has dedicated herself to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. In addition to her certifications, Terri is the author of ‘Unleash the Best Version of You’ and a sought-after keynote speaker. Her commitment to excellence was recognized when she won Fitness Australia’s Active Achiever Personal Trainer for Victoria in 2015. After 13 years of owning and running Terrific Fitness, a group fitness and personal training studio, Terri shifted her focus to founding Freedom Fitness for Women in 2024, a platform dedicated to supporting women through the menopause transition. With a deep understanding of the challenges women face during this time, Terri is passionate about providing guidance and support to help them navigate this phase of life with confidence and vitality. Through Freedom Fitness for Women, Terri offers a holistic approach to managing menopausal symptoms. Her online coaching program allows women from anywhere in the world to access personalized support and connect with a community of like-minded individuals on similar journeys.
