MEET YOUR coach - terri batsakis


Hey, I’m Health Coach Terri Batsakis! I’m passionate about helping women navigate midlife with confidence and feeling empowered. With over 15 years of experience, I specialise in Personal Training & Strength Coaching, Nutrition Coaching, Menopause Coaching & Hormonal Health, and Mindset & Behavioural Coaching.


I understand the challenges perimenopause and menopause can bring, such as weight gain, fatigue, mood swings, brain fog, rage, unexplained aches and pains and the good old hot flushes and sweats, because I’ve worked with thousands of women just like you. At 51 years of age I can relate to your struggles first hand.


My goal is to help you train smarter, eat better, and build sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle so you can feel strong, healthy, and empowered, regardless of age.
