Making time for activity will change your life, literally! Living an active life has not only been proven to reduce Heart Disease and risk of Type II Diabetes, but reduces depression, anxiety, improves your mood, increases energy levels, improves your immune system, helps you look better and therefore increases your confidence and self esteem!
Dedicate a mere 30 minutes per day and do something active like, go for a walk, put on some music and dance, play on WII Fit, go to the gym, take the kids to the park, walk the dog, mow the lawns, weed the garden, vacuum, mop, wash the car, go for a swim, kick a ball, jump on trampoline, go for a run, do a mini circuit, PT, weight training, are all just a few of the things you could do!
Too many people say “I don’t have time for exercise”. I say “make time”!
If your boss told you that you had to squeeze 1 more job requirement in that would take half an hour, or you wouldn’t get your annual bonus, you would find that half hour! Well give your body and health the same value as that cash bonus at work! After all if you don’t have a body, you won’t need the cash bonus!
