Where it all began...
I created this program because in my 15+ years of coaching, the most common complaint I've heard from women, was that they felt like they were losing control of their body and mind, were suffering fatige and brain fog, whilst going through midlife changes. As I entered perimenopause myself, I found the same thing. I struggled with severe fatigue where I needed a nanna nap at 3pm. My brain fog was so bad I often forgot what I was saying midsentence. I was waking through the night (particularly around 3am), and my body wasn't responding to food and training the same way it used to.
This lead me to go on and study menopausal hormones. I used my new found knowledge to formulate strategies, to help myself feel better and embrace my midlife changes, so that I could continue to live feeling strong, capable and full of vitality. I implemented my strategies into my own life and started feeling better within just a few short months! That's when I knew I had to pass this new found knowledge on.

I went from coaching everyone, to specialising in coaching women in their 40s, 50s and beyond. My clients love the new strategies and are finding that they too have so much more energy.
