
Today we celebrate Belinda Lyons. During the tough times of lockdown Belinda embraced the opportunity to invest in herself and learn what her body needs and how the slightest of changes can make a huge difference in her day-to-day life. After a couple long challenging months Belinda has successfully dropped 13kg and counting. The lifestyle she has embraced has helped her in many ways; her training, nutrition and in everyday life. Whilst working together through the Nutrition Coaching Program not only did we see physical changes, we also saw bio feedback changes such as a boost in energy levels, training intensity increased and she was able to do more as a whole throughout your days. Congratulations Belinda on all the incredible results that you have achieved! Keep up the sensational work!

Belinda initially joined our online coaching program which included access to our Online Member’s Education Platform. She took to these podcast like a duck to water! She absolutely devoured all of the information available to her and starting dropping serious weight. Belinda then joined our 28 Day Kick Start Challenge in November and started working one on one with Coach Emilia in the Nutrition Coaching Program. To date, Belinda has had phenomenal results and is still going! Congratulations Belinda! You are absolutely nailing your transformation! Awesome work lovey!!!

Here is Belinda’s story in her words:
“I had followed the TF Facebook page for a while and saw the option for monthly membership that allowed access to recorded sessions and listening to nutritional info. As well as having option to ask questions and have someone to check on what I’d been eating. This for me was an affordable option and I learnt so much from listening to Terri’s podcasts.
My motivation to join was wanting to lose weight. Everyone has been very welcoming and special thanks to Terri and Emilia for their support on my journey.
My biggest lesson is understanding more about food and eating four meals a day with no snacking in between. Now understanding that is what helps reset your gut.
Weight loss is almost 13kg down in just over 3 months. The biggest challenge for me was giving up milk on my coffee; I never thought I’d say I love black coffee.
I have been enjoying trying different sessions at the gym. I aim for 10,000 steps a day.
I’m now eating better than ever, never feel hungry and have seen improvements in my overall health.
