Today we celebrate the awesome Viki Trajanoska. Viki joined TF in March of this year participating in one of our 28 Day Kickstarters, then staying on as a member. Viki started off on low impact because of some knee pain she had been experiencing and gradually found her groove. All the coaches worked with Viki giving her options where necessary and guiding her through her technique to help her reduce her knee pain. Since joining, she has certainly picked up the pace trying many of the classes, increasing her activity, lifting heavier and moving more confidently. Today Viki rarely takes low impact options and really pushes herself and challenges herself.
Since starting with us in March Viki has dropped 6kg, reduced her visceral fat by 2 levels, has improved her hydration by 2%, and dropped 13cm from around her waist. In case that wasn’t enough, Viki has also improved her metabolic age, that is the age at cellular level not biological age, from 58 to 48 years old! She has successfully put herself right on the cusp of her biological age. This means she has reduced the risk of her body developing illnesses associated with someone aged 58; that in itself is amazing work!
My favourite part of Viki’s transformation however is her smile. Viki’s smile once stopped at her lips. Today her entire face beams when she smiles at you, making her eyes shine bright. That’s when you know someone is in a much better place emotionally and mentally. And that makes my heart sing.
Congratulations on your fantastic work Viki! I couldn’t be more proud of you if I tried. You really have made the most of your time with TF. Well done love!

“Before starting at TF, I had been suffering from knee pain every day, consistently. Because of the pain, my energy levels were low, including my motivation. My friend Mindika convinced me to come along for a 28-day challenge trial, and it was the best decision I made. The first day of the class, I was felt very welcomed, and it was a comfortable experience. I started going to classes weekly, and as I progressed through the weeks, I was much happier in general with a lot more energy and motivation. I have also 6 kilos in 10 weeks which I am really happy about. My knee pain has also subsided, which was my main concern. I have improved in my nutritional intake; however, it can be hard at times to keep it consistent. The coaches are all amazing and encouraging. Their knowledge regarding the exercises is very profound and they make it easy to understand and perform. I would highly recommend anyone to give TF a shot on the 28-day challenge.” – Viki Trajanoska
