In this face to face two hour workshop you will learn how to identify the possible cause of your joint pain and teach you simple stretches and exercises that you can do in the comfort of your own home, to reduce and even eliminate that joint pain.

This workshop will help get you moving again, with minimal or no pain, so you can lead the active life you long for.
Running around with the kids, attending training sessions, walking the dog, walking up stairs, getting on and off the floor, and a heap of other activities other people take for granted, will all be much easier once you know how to care for your body.
PRESENTER:
Your presenter Terri Batsakis is the founder of Terrific Fitness. Terri was born with a prolapsed disc in her lower back, Spina Bifida, Scoliosis, Lordosis and in 2005 underwent spinal fusion in her neck that required her to re-learn how to walk and undergo extensive rehab in order to regain use of her right hand again. After a car accident in 2018, Terri now lives with 2 more prolapsed discs in her neck that are far too dangerous to have surgery to repair. She has studied mobility, rehabilitation and structural balance, extensively, in order to be able to help herself with her own ailments, and keep active despite her neck injury, and is now passing her knowledge on to you.
Awarded the “Victorian Active Achiever” by Fitness Australia, in 2015 and a Certified Master Coach with extensive experience in the Health and Fitness industry, Terri is a master at getting people moving again and regaining quality of life.
