Stretching every morning will reduce stress and injury:
When you first get out of bed in the morning, your muscles are still warm. This is the perfect time to perform a few basic stretches particularly for your neck and back. Stretching every morning for abut 5 minutes will help reduce injury and that ‘crampy’ feeling. It also enhances blood flow, which means you are increasing oxygen to your muscles and organs, especially the brain, which also improves your mood! So give yourself a great start to your day, by kicking it off with some stretches!
